We use professional photographers to capture the beauty of your home, and use these photos and virtual tours for marketing purposes.

  • We call upon other Stagers for whole home staging.

Open House

Get them in the door where they can grow emotionally attached to your home!

Whether to have an open house or not is a personal decision. We find them to be a helpful tool, which we like to utilize when marketing homes. Yes, often your neighbours will poke around your home during an open house, but let’s face it - many homes are sold to friends of neighbours! Through word of mouth, neighbours are an essential tool in the marketing process.

In addition to neighbours, we advertise your home on Openhouses.ca, our website, the MLS, as well as the local newspaper. We use all the tools!

Other than the public open house, we hold an Agent Only open house, wherein we invite local agents to view your property. We also hold an in-house agent open house for the agents in our Burlington offices.

With full-colour feature sheets to distribute, we arm ourselves with the knowledge of your home, focussing on all the positives for our visitors.


Professional Negotiations

Whether we are in a buyer's market or a seller's market, we are negotiating for our clients, attaining the highest price that the market is willing to pay. Being educated on the current comparable sales is key! We are always abreast of the market trends and use this knowledge in our sales strategy.

  • What is our competition?
  • How do we compare to other homes?
  • What are the most recent sales in our area and how do we compare to these?
  • How do current interest rates affect our sale?

Once we are on the market, we track all viewings and request feedback from every agent that has shown the property. This also keeps us educated with respect to our product and pricing.

Many factors are taken into consideration when putting a price tag on your home. We perform a thorough comparative market analysis, drawing from the most recent sales of comparable properties in your neighbourhood, to come up with a price that reflects market trends.
