Yes, often your neighbours will poke around your home during an open house, but let’s face it - many homes are sold to friends of neighbours! In addition to neighbours, we advertise your home on Openhouses.ca, our website, the MLS, as well as the local newspaper. We use all the tools!
Other than the public open house, we hold an Agent Only open house, wherein we invite local agents to view your property. We also hold an in-house agent open house for the agents in our Burlington offices.
