Rick and Carla have been my agents for the last 3 moves that I've made...that is, 3 sales and 3 purchases. They give practical and helpful suggestions about how to prepare your home for sale, in order to get the best possible offer. They have a really good sense of what the market is doing and they suggest prices for your sale and offers for your purchase that are spot on. In all 3 of my moves, I had a win-win situation with Rick and Carla. The homes I was selling sold for asking price or more in less than a week. In fact 2 of the 3 sold in one day! And, on the flip side, all 3 of the homes I purchased I got for asking price, at most! Rick and Carla know the market, know their business and know people. They are simply the best at what they do!
